• 8 L of select grape juice and concentrates will create an exquisite wine ready in as little as 5 weeks.
• A GenuWine Advantage. The addition of a 125g package of our proprietary GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins in select red wine kits will enhance the flavour profile and bouquet of your wine.
• Many of our white wine kits will contain an additional finishing blend. Customize your wine – add your finishing blend for an off dry wine or omit the pack if you prefer a drier wine.

White Wines

California Chardonnay Style 

Captivating flavours of green apple and tropical fruit enhance an upfront floral bouquet in this mediumbodied golden wine. It will develop to reveal layers of ripe fruit and integrated oak.

A luscious blend with flavours and aromas of peach, apricot, baked apple, and pear. This soft white wine also has a hint of tropical fruit.

Made in the traditional French rose style, it is light bodied and pink in coulour with spiced strawberry and crisp, citrus aromas. The palate features fresh strawberry flavours with a refreshing fruity finish.

South Africa Chenin Blanc Style

Argentina Malbec Syrah Style

Malbec and Syrah are blended to create a wine with toasty aromas while fermentation on GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins adds hints of cherry and dark fruit to the palate.

Australia Cabernet Sauvignon Style

A Cabernet Sauvignon with the varietal’s signature nose: blackcurrants, dark chocolate, and subtle toasty notes. Fermentation on GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins and toasted American oak produces a meduim-bodied wine with hints of coffee and vanilla notes.
